The Earth Hour short movie is ready and is here! Watch it, share it with your friends and be sure to join the movement!
As you may already know, the Earth Hour movement started in 2007 when 2.2 milion people from Sydney turned off their lights as a way of raising awareness on global warming. In 2008 around the same date, the movement grew and over 80 milion people from around the globe joined and turned off their lights. Entire cities stayed in darkness for 1 hour. In 2009 "82 countries and more than 2100 cities are committed to Earth Hour 2009".
You should join too! Support the movement by turning off your lights for 1 hour on 28 March, from 20:30 until 21:30!
